If yes, consider joining a This Painting Heals circle. Here you will learn intuitive painting, a practice that helps you grow trust in your healing instincts.
Intuitive painting is a kind of art where you experience self-led loving care in the presence of a supportive teacher. If painting feels too daunting, you can also explore this practice through collaging or drawing. Good for folks who are ready to heal and open to learning how to release stress through authentic expression. Absolutely no artistic experience needed. Expect depth, play, liberation, one-on-one attention and meaningful social connection in a small group setting.
Each This Painting Heals circle begins with an embodiment practice, a one-song dance party, sharing time and meditation. Then we create! All supplies provided.
As the facilitator, I offer empowerment, safety, unconditional support, encouragement, and two decades of helping people support their personal development through art. I see genius in every person I teach, and I aim for studio experiences to feel like creating at the table of a grandparent who appreciates you just as you are and who trusts who you are becoming. This is a “start where you are” practice. I promise you have all the skills you need to create in this circle.
