For adult circles, I do not offer refunds when folks miss a circle.
For children’s circles, I offer a credit for missed circles.
If I am ever sick and miss a circle, you will receive a credit for a future circle.
The The $100 registration fee paid here is a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the retreat cost ($290 + size & hide choices) is due on or before the day of the event, payable via Venmo, Zelle, or in cash. Payment information will be provided by email after initial registration.
If you must cancel, you will receive a $100 credit toward attending another drum-making workshop in the future or toward the purchase of a drum made by Heidi.
