This circle begins with space for you to express what is most alive for you in the moment, and if you choose, to voice a question or intention for the circle to witness. Then everyone gets comfortable and I offer the journey. At the end, we will return to the circle where you may share any learning or experience you wish to have witnessed. During all sharing times, you always have the option to pass, choosing instead to listen.
