Join us at Dancing Sky Studio for a community sound journey, a healing space formed through therapeutic music and supported social connection. Each circle begins and ends with a sharing time. I will bring along extra simple drums, or you are welcome to bring your own drum so you join me during the drumming part of our journey and experience the power and healing of making yourself heard.
After we drum, you will make yourself comfortable and experience the kinds of sound that allow your mind to rest so you can release stress from the body and make space to digest and process what matters most. We all need extra care right now so that we stay connected with loving-kindness and with each other. This circle is a place that nurtures both. Equity pricing.
