Sound Healing Circle at Dancing Sky Studio

Join us at Dancing Sky Studio for a community sound journey, a healing space formed through therapeutic music and supported social connection. This month, 20% of profits go to Point of Pride, who provide financial aid and direct support to our trans neighbours and friends in need of health and wellness care. We begin and end with a sharing circle, a deeper and slow process where you share your heart honestly while others simply witness, without feedback or advice. Then we drum together, a time for you to experience the power and healing of making yourself heard. I will bring along extra simple drums or you are welcome to bring your own.
After we drum, you will make yourself comfortable and receive the kinds of sound that bring the mind to rest so you can release stress from the body and digest and process what matters most. We need extra care right now so that we stay connected with loving-kindness and each other. This circle nurtures both.
